Olive Weddings was a dream to work with. At the start of the planning process, she had me complete a detailed survey so she could really understand my vision. She was flexible with scheduling meetings, brought amazing ideas to the table, and suggested things I never would have thought of—but things that truly elevated the day. She provided checklists for every thing you could think of, which helped keep me organized and on track!
Tais was very respectful of our wedding budget and worked with us to prioritize what mattered most. She helped us make thoughtful decisions and offered creative options that allowed us to stay within budget without sacrificing style or quality.
The entire planning process felt smooth and organized. Tais communicated clearly throughout and made sure I never felt stressed or overwhelmed—and when I did, she stepped in and took on my worries like they were her own.

The wedding day itself was magical. Tais has such an eye for design, and her vision for modern weddings is truly incredible. Our wedding looked so much like my “dream wedding” Pinterest board! She had beautiful decor rental pieces that we incorporated throughout our space, which elevated the whole atmosphere. She made sure every little detail was taken care of, from early morning setup to dessert and coordinated the day so that everything flowed seamlessly. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her!!
She also created an extensive timeline that was a lifesaver—not just for us, but for our bridal party and vendors as well. We received many compliments from our vendors about how helpful and easy-to-follow the timeline was.
When little hiccups came up (as they always do), Tais handled them quickly and calmly. She went above and beyond to keep things running smoothly—even personally picking up our late-night pizza when delivery fell through.

Tais is not only super talented and professional, but just an all-around great person to work with. She's easygoing, dependable, and brings great energy to every project. Her designs, her vision, and her ability to bring wedding dreams to life are unmatched. We truly could have asked for a better wedding planner!!
